One day. One gallon…of water.

Yes, I’ve been carrying a this huge jug of water with me every where for the past few days. Guess what, I’m drinking 3.7 liters a day – that’s one gallon.I can’t stop stressing how important it is to drink lots of water. Lots doesn’t mean a tall glass or two…it means LOTS. I’ve been trying to figure out the best way for me to keep drinking the proper amounts of water daily and earlier I posted about how I was using some sweet glass bottles as a system. I realized however that I can do that because I work from home…it might be weird if you have several different bottles on your desk at work, haha.

So what am I doing now? Well, I’ve gone straight to the gallon which is about 3.7 liters. We’ve learned from the last post that men should be drinking 3 liters a day and women 2.2. Filling up the gallon makes it wicked easy to keep track of how much water I’m drinking throughout the day. It’s kinda cool too, drinking out of the container. It’s like when you were a kid and always got in trouble for doing that straight out if the fridge. Plus it makes you look hardcore. Ever see those way too big dudes in the gym that carry a gallon of water with them as they workout? Yea, makes you feel like that (but not in a weird way).

Another great thing about this is that it keeps the water a perfect temperature throughout the day. It’s always room temp which is so perfect for easy drinking.

I have to admit…drinking all this water everyday makes me feel a lot better. It truly helps with your Acid Reflux / Gastritis / Gerd and especially losing weight overall. I sure hope you are trying this!
