Wait for it…wait for it…voilà, I’m back!

As bad as I wanted to keep writing blog posts my injured hand just wouldn’t allow. On the bright side I discovered a new acai cafe in San Francisco!
GUEST POST – Jason Yapp throws back some acai and wheat grass powders for the big boost.

“… the first day I started taking the Acai & Wheat Grass powders, I immediately noticed a difference in my energy levels – and this energy lasts for hours.”
One day. One gallon…of water.

Yes, I’ve been carrying a this huge jug of water with me every where for the past few days. Guess what, I’m drinking 3.7 liters a day – that’s one gallon.
One of my favorite quick light meals is tuna on toasted whole wheat bread.

Every time I hear the word tuna I think of the show “The Office” where Andy keeps calling Jim, “Tuna” or “Big Tuna.” The episode where he pretends to reel him in like a fish is classic. Anyways, a part of my diet is a lot of lean meats, especially a good can of tuna.
Stop drinking coffee right now. Sniff it instead. No seriously.

That’s right, sniff it. Don’t get all Hollywood on me now though. I don’t mean it the way you’re thinking. Simply take in the aroma of a fresh bean or of a fresh brew without taking a single sip and definitely without getting some grains up your snout.
Açaí from Sambazon – the little purple berry that saved my health.

This little action packed purple berry called açaí (ah-sigh-ee) is probably the most delicious thing I’ve ever had. Best of all, it’s loaded with powerful antioxidants and healthy omegas. Unless you live near the banks of the Amazon, head to your local grocery store now and pick some up.
Want to drink more water? Here’s how.

Why is something so simple as water so hard to consume? So many people think it’s impossible to drink the amount of water that’s recommended daily for a healthy lifestyle. Well, luckily I have a few pointers for you that helped me with this problem.
My secret weapon – Real Aloe Juice.

It’s no secret that aloe heals so why not try it on your stomach? If anyone has Acid Reflux / Gastritis / GERD this is a must to try. I’ve been drinking aloe juice for several months now – it’s doing wonders.
This is my new life living with Acid Reflux / Gastritis / GERD.

Unexpected things happen all the time. I never thought I’d end up with a problem like Acid Reflux / Gastritis / GERD. It’s taken some time to adjust to my new life but as it continues I find that it’s been a true blessing in disguise. I’m healthier now than I’ve ever been, both physically and emotionally.
