Quick Tips

Here are some basic tips that helped me not only lose weight but also calm my Acid Reflux / Gastritis / GERD:

Drink lots and lots of pure water. 5 – 6 tall glasses a day at least.
Cut out all white flours, white sugars, and white breads – no matter what.
Within the first 15 – 45 mins of waking up, eat a high protien breakfast.
Don’t eat anything 2.5 hrs before you go to be bed or lay down.
Most importantly, get lots of rest. Not sleep necessarily, but relaxing rest.
