Have Gastritis Like Dann?

Yea, 1 out of every 3 Americans are diagnosed with Gastritis / GERD / Acid Reflux everyday. I suffer from it all and here’s some posts and tips strictly about how to help manage your daily attacks.

Quick Tips

Here are some basic tips that helped me not only lose weight but also calm my Acid Reflux / Gastritis / GERD:

  1. Drink lots and lots of pure water. 5 – 6 tall glasses a day at least.
  2. Cut out all white flours, white sugars, and white breads – no matter what.
  3. Within the first 15 – 45 mins of waking up, eat a high protien breakfast.
  4. Don’t eat anything 2.5 hrs before you go to be bed or lay down.
  5. Most importantly, get lots of rest. Not sleep necessarily, but relaxing rest.

Wheat Grass Shots. 2-3 a day.

Everyday you should be shooting back 2-3 shots of wheat grass. How many have you had today? I prefer the powder from Amazing Wheat Grass Powder since it’s quick and easy and actually more nutritious than fresh cut.
