I don’t eat many snacks these days. It’s pretty much just acai bowls and peanut butter cups all the time BUT occasionally I might enjoy a quick bite of honeycomb.
This stuff is easy to come by. If you can’t find it at your local organic grocery, you can order any of these online. Just make sure it’s this one brand.
Seems like the hot new thing is to not stretch before a good workout or activity. In my case, it’s surfing and the past few times I’ve been, I haven’t stretched one bit – felt better than ever.

Yes, I’ve been carrying a this huge jug of water with me every where for the past few days. Guess what, I’m drinking 3.7 liters a day – that’s one gallon.
Man, it would be nice to be able to pack an acai bowl in my pocket but unfortunately that wouldn’t be all that comfortable while snowboarding. Although, next time I’m actually taking a wheat grass shot or two in a plastic bottle.
Every time I hear the word tuna I think of the show “The Office” where Andy keeps calling Jim, “Tuna” or “Big Tuna.” The episode where he pretends to reel him in like a fish is classic. Anyways, a part of my diet is a lot of lean meats, especially a good can of tuna.
